Ordering process

By submitting an order form on a regional Flexosamine site, you confirm interest in receiving a call back from the local call centre. The call centre staff will confirm price, delivery address and shipping method. You become bound to a purchase only after that call.

Payment

All regional sites offer cash on delivery: you pay the courier when you receive the parcel. No prepayment, no card details required on the site.

Shipping

Standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days depending on the country. The exact delivery window is confirmed during the call.

Returns and guarantee

Every regional site honours a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't notice improvement after 30 days of regular use, contact the local call centre to arrange a refund.
